7 minute walk to strip -- All included electric, gas, heat, parking, laundry room --- every amenity imaginable... no internet, cable or firestick at the moment ) warm pool great hot tub, 6 amenities open 24 hours... can lower rent a little for some help around apartment... will consider weekly or monthly at different rate... no pet. no sm smoking or drugs... deposit required... pls be prepared to talk on phone after a couple of emails....
