One of the websites that shows on page one of Google search rankings is PadSplit, Inc. As we all know, Google is preferential to companies that pay for search ranking, or that use advertising dollars paid to Google, Inc.
What the Google Inc search engine does not reveal is the background or history of PadSplit Inc., The Google advertising department does not disclose the association of PadSplit officers with the Dekalb County Judicial system and pending court cases where PadSplit officers are accused of wrong doing.
The Dekalb County Judicial system should be a required resource for information about housing claims associated with PadSplit Inc. What tenants need to know are allegations that PadSplit may be in violation of FairHousing Laws possibly subjecting current users or Hosts of PadSplit to court-ordered subpoenas of records of their transactions to ascertain if such PadSplit property owners are knowingly violating The Fair Housing Act.

According to the GEORGIA CORPORATIONS DIVISION, PadSplit Inc first launched a business entity on 06/22/2018 via PadSplit LLC. PadSplit LLC was evenutally re-established as PadSplit Inc., Filing Number#15978682. However, according to Facebook, PadSplit launched it's Facebook page on January 17, 2018. That is a six month lag!!
As of the original publication date of this article, and in reviewing the Facebook page of PadSplit, however, the company also still refers to itself as PadSplit LLC despite the fact that a legal filing with the GEORGIA CORPORATIONS DIVISION asserts that the official name remains as PadSplit Inc.
In what appears to be a further attempt at deception, a review of the Trademark Electronic Search System (TESS), demonstrates that PadSplit Inc, not PadSplit LLC, is the official registrant of record for the PadSplit trademark Registration Numbe 6287063. The business address listed of 1939 Hosea L Williams Dr. SE Atlanta GEORGIA 30317 matches the records of GEORGIA CORPORATIONS DIVISION.
In numerous legal filings, it has been been documented that PadSplit Inc is headquarted in Georgia.
The fact that PadSplit Inc is a Georgia-based company is significant. Companies and persons located in the State of Georgia have a history of deceit, incompetence, racism, slum-housing, discrimination, fraud, being sloppy, engaging in deception, wholesale tenant abuses, and neglecting consumers.PadSplit Ties To Georgia; MAGA Republican Party Property Hosts, and Unethical Georgia residents

Facebook Group Supporters of PadSplit Are Brainwashed MAGA Addicts!
Jeff Weller operates a PadSplit support group on Facebook. Mr. Weller purports to offer lending to numerous parties who apparently use those funds to invest in suspicious PadSplit properties in Georgia and elsewhere.
PadSplit Supporter Jeff Weller referred to the criminal indictment of Donald Trump as " President Trump‘s bull crap fake indictment.". This is GOP-SPEAK that essentially means: "We are all criminals in this together. So, why not pretend that a fact is lie, and that real news is fake. America's judicial system is real when it only applies to minorities."
Georgia Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis filed a legitimate, real, and impressive 98-page criminal indictment against former U.S. President Donald Trump, and 18 other persons for violatiing Georgia's Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations, or RICO Act. 41 criminal counts were filed against various Georgia residents, and some persons named in the criminal indictment even eached the Georgia Secretary of State's Office; this is the agency that allows business filings for suspicious companies like PadSplit Inc.
Donald Trump and his 18 other criminal co-defendants understand that a failure to appear for arraignment would lead to their immediate arrest. Folks, that sure as hell does not sound "fake". Being in jail will cure persons who believe in " President Trump‘s bull crap fake indictment."

For a PadSplit complaint to be real, must consumers start insulting the family members, wives, and girlfriends of PadSplit employees to make it crystal clear that tenants will not accept slum housing or roaches, rats, and feces in the living rooms??

At least 1.6 million idiot Georgia residents, incuding Brian Kemp, voted for a guy who can barely put together a paragraph. Hershel Walker is so stupid that he was probably tutored by his pet dog! PadSplit Inc. does not seem to want to admit its true business formation. On Facebook, the company claims to be known as PadSplit LLC. However, in legal filings under penalty of perjury, PadSplit admits to being PadSplit Inc. Why the deception? There is no paper trail for PadSplit LLC because such an entity no longer exists according to records filed with the State of Georgia.
Las Vegas, NV residents should be very cautious about dealing with any business headquarted in Atlanta, Georgia, which is often referred to as a Ghetto Capitol.
According to records filed with the Georgia Secretary of State's office, the principal headquarters of PadSplit Inc., and its officers, and owners, are in Dekalb County, Georgia. It is no concidence that various crime-reporting websites (including According to CrimeGrade.org) claim that "DeKalb County, Georgia has a high rate of both violent and property crime compared to the rest of the United States. The violent crime rate in DeKalb County is 29.4, which is significantly higher than the national average of 22.7." These statistics verify that Dekalb County, GA has numerous supicious residents; that Dekalb County, GA is home to both known and suspected criminals; and that PadSplit Inc. still knowingly chose to reside in and/or associate with DeKalb County, Georgia.
In fact, a review of the DeKalb County Superior Court criminal and/or civil case filings verify that there are several open criminal and/or civil case filings against PadSplit Inc., owners and officers including Atticus LeBlanc, and Frank Furman; please refer to cases 22C02853A; 22C02883B; 22C02885A; 22C02886A; 22C02854; 22C02853B; etc.
Nicole Carr, WSB-TV News Reporter has investigated PadSplit. As part of a seven-month investigation, Channel 2 investigative reporter Nicole Carr and a producer interviewed dozens of former tenants and neighbors who reported dangerous living conditions to police and code enforcement. Many said there is no accountability for who comes and goes week to week.
The article claims "The company called PadSplit is adamant that it is an affordable housing solution. It has continued expanding during the pandemic, claiming to be an answer to the affordable housing crisis. But PadSplit is facing questions in court."
"Frustrated, angry DeKalb County neighbors waited for a judge to rule on seven code violations against PadSplit", writes the TV reporter. The company helped guide the renovation of rental homes, many with no inspections on the books. In at least one case, a neighbor told Channel 2 a three-bedroom home was turned into seven bedrooms with one common space — a kitchen — for weekly renters in a single-family neighborhood.
How does one turn a three-bedroom into seven rooms?! By cheating! By creating slum conditions!
One unlucky PadSplit user wrote: "“I refuse to feel unsafe in the place that I call my sanctuary, my home,&334 said Janet Dukes about the PadSplit home being renovated next to her DeKalb County house.
Las Vegas, NV residents need to know if they are dealing with out-of-state ghetto-operators or licensed Clark County School District Teachers, or legitimate business owners who have the best interests of Las Vegas, NV residents in mind.
If you believe that your PadSplit Host is operating a slum spot, or illegally zoned properties, report him/her to authorities! Be sure to read and investigate suspicious Facebook groups where PadSplit slumlords boast of turning properties into slumlords for deperate tenants.
Who, What, and Why Does PadSplit Inc. Even Exist in Las Vegas, NV??
If PadSplit can't follow Georgia laws, then why should Las Vegas, NV residents expect PadSplit to follow Nevada laws??
According to the Nevada Secretary of State's Office, PadSplit Inc. is registered to "do business in the state of Nevada" inspite of numerous superior, local, and better qualified roommate assistance programs already located in the State of Nevada.
Who is PadSplit Inc.?
The Georgia-based PadSplit Inc. is registered in the Nevada Secretary of State database as Entity Number:E24467542022-6, NV Business ID:NV20222504001. The officers identified are President Atticus LeBlanc, Secretary Frank Furman, Treasurer Frank Furman, and Director Frank Furman.
All three persons (PadSplit Inc, Atticus LeBlanc, Frank Furman) are also listed as defendants in open cases before the DeKalb County Superior Court (see above). The city of Las Vegas does not need slum-housing like what the State of Georgia has!
Should Las Vegas, NV residents trust businesses headquarted in Georgia given the fact that Georgia has a detailed history of corruption, and given the fact that current PadSplit Inc officers and directors have dipped their hands in the cookie jar?
According to their FaceBook page, PadSplit Inc uses page Administrators in these Countries: United States (3); Argentina (1); Colombia (1); Philippines (1); and, Turkey (1). Therfore, if you are victim of bank fraud or identity-theft while using the PadSplit platform, it will probably be impossible to seek restitution from persons who reside outside the United States.
What is PadSplit Inc.? According to independent business reporting websites, PadSplit purports to "offersa marketplace where rental property owners can list rooms for rent for long-term stays."
PadSplit purports to address the affordable housing crisis by using its website as a vehicle for so-called financial independence. To head-off claims of racial discrimination, PadSplit uses carefully developed and creative images and racial props to create the illusion or appearance of acceptance of all racial groups and property owners.
Why Does PadSplit Inc. Even Exist in Las Vegas, NV? There is no legitimate reason for PadSplit Inc to exist in Las Vegas, NV given its track record in Georgia! Besides, Las Vegas is filled with legitimate housing assistance programs.
Moreover, since the operators of PaDSplit Inc. do not pay any Las Vegas, NV property taxes, do not vote in Las Vegas, NV elections; do not help or assist local Las Vegas, NV residents overcome personal financial hurdles in actually owning a home; and, there are cases where local residents of Nevada have complained about the tactics and lack of security of PadSplit Inc. managed listings.
Unsafe PadSplit Inc. Open Houses. How Burglars Can Target PadSplit Open Houses
Criminals are well aware of PadSplit Open house advertisements. For example, PadSplit features an Open House that is set to take place on Monday. The address listed on Facebook is 3016 Alcoa, PN#162-08-111-011. According to the Clark County, NV Assessor portal, the property s registred to senior citizen California residents, ANTONIO JIMENEZ & EDWINA JIMENEZ. It is unclear if these California residents understand the risks of exposing their property on the PadSplit Inc facebook page, and advertising to the entire world that an empty house is available.
Sophisticated criminals use Facebook property address announcments to stake-out potential burglary places. ANTONIO JIMENEZ & EDWINA JIMENEZ are senior citizens, and their primary place residence is in California.
Unlike Las Vegas Rooms, PadSplit Inc. does not offer free Security Services to out-of-town property hosts.
Sophisiticated criminals undertand the ease of burglarizing empty houses; and specifically targeting houses with out-of-state addresses. They virtually never get caught.
Does an out-of-state carpet-bagger like PadSplit Inc understand Las Vegas crime?? Apparently not.
As NEWS reporters, we drove to the house hosted by the PadSplit Facebook page, it looked a mess. The house had inadequate security, and looked open-season for crime.
Also, PadSplit has not provided evidence of any real-estate license that authorizes the company to conduct so-called "Open Houses".
How to File Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity Complaints. Unanswered Complaints by PadSplit Inc.
Las Vegas Rooms was contacted by a Property Owner who claimed that PadsSplit refused to allow his immaculate property to be listed. The minority Property Owner who attempted to list his property on PadSplit Claimed that PadSplit failed and refused to present any logical reason(s) why his brand new and gorgeous property was declined for review; and, PadSplit refused to offer any specific steps to address any errors or mistakes.
PadSplit Hosts complain that E-mail communications sent to PadSplt Inc, employee officers go unanswered.
Additonal complaints and inquiries sent to various other support groups of PadAplit Support representives also went unaddressed, says multiple complainants. That is the type of apparently inferior, shoddy, and incompetent service Las Vegas Residents can expect from out-of-state companies claiming to offer so-called "housing assistance.". The biggest driver for PadSplit Inc seems to be profit from stupid hosts who do not know any better.

The FTC enforces federal consumer protection laws that prevent fraud, deception and unfair business practices. The Commission also enforces federal antitrust laws that prohibit anticompetitive mergers and other business practices that could lead to higher prices, fewer choices, or less innovation.
PadSplit seduces investors based upon questionable practices, and possible deceit. For example, property Hosts that may have been deceived by PadSplit report of the difficulty in closing their account; PadSplit appears to have rigged its website platform to make it really difficult to allow complaining Hosts from immediately closing their accounts.
When complaints are sent into PadSplit, reports suggests that the ompany simply ignores the complaints.
At the same time, PadSplit is actively seducing or encouraging more investors to invest in their questionable services. The result: rapid growth, but questionable quality.

You have been contacted multiple TIMES TO CEASE, DESIST, AND TO PERMANENTLY STOP THE ILLEGAL USE of a property address and bank details that you are not authorized to use.
It is clear that your company is a fake, and a scam. It appears that your company sets up fake accounts, disallows Hosts to close their accounts, and that you therefore illegally inflate property volume to seduce investors! CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT AND PROVIDE EVIDENCE THAT IT HAS BEEN CLOSED, OR I WILL REPORT YOUR COMPANY AND ITS OFFICERS TO THE F.B.I., THE FTC, AND TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF GEORGIA, AND NEVADA. "The FTC administers a wide variety of laws and regulations to prosecute the type of conduct that complainants and users of PadSplit have alleged. , including the Federal Trade Commission Act, Telemarketing Sale Rule, Identity Theft Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and Clayton Act. In total, the Commission has enforcement or administrative responsibilities under more than 70 laws.
Final Rating and Review of PadSplit, Inc: F-grade
Just like in Georgia, many PadSplit Hosts have established a reputation for being sloppy, nasty living conditions, and working with equally suspicious and dumbfounded realtors who allow this nonsense.

PadSplit has attracted the attention of investigative reporters like Nicole Carr, an official WSB-TV News Reporter based out of Atlanta, GA.
PadSplit Hosts will deny, lie, and hide every defect or ethical flaw of PadSplit. They will call Donald Trump's criminal indictment fake; they report all news as "fake" that does not ignore the criminal record of Donald Trump and his ties to Russia as a traitor. PadSplit Hosts are largely brainwashed, self-absorbed, and egotistical losers who rely upon a suspicious company like PadSplit instead of doing ethical investing.
