Identifying Las Vegas Craigslist and Roommate Scams! Nov 2024 ?
Are criminals using Las Vegas Craigslist to seek rooms or to seek victims?? Why does Las Vegas Craigslist allow criminals to post online?
By now, many of you have heard the horror stories of using an open-sourse, open-border website such as Las Vegas Craigslist.
It feels like the Wild Wild West of the Digital Age. No gun-slingers, but plenty of scam-slingers, gold-diggers, criminals, and just aweful persons seeking to take advantage of the naive, the gullible, and the vulnerable.
Convicts Seeking Las Vegas Roommates: Case of Tamika Rey
What about the case of Tamika Rey?? Tamika Rey is an Alabama convict. Convict #73348380, to be specific. She has posts online seeking....?? Men, of course.
She has a stated preference of becoming a roommate to older, vulnerable white men. No surprise there since the typical African-American guy alreadys knows the scam.
Tamika Rey and women of her ilk is simply another version of the desperate street prostitute. The Digital Prostitute. The Instagram Whore. The Facebook Hooker. The Snapchat Parasite!
Tamika Rey advertises online. She uses fake hair that looks like it was bought at a Family Dollar Store for $10.99. Her hair is so cheap that if she went swimming at a publc pool, the chlorine bleach would oxidize her hair and expose her bald head.
Tamika Rey uses old clothes, heavy make-up, and wears a fake smile to mask her evil personality. After-all, there is a reason why the State of Alabama locked her up in the first place. Duh?
Her objective, like all gold-diggers, is to get money and victimize weak men. I thought Walmart was hiring, by the way.
Spare me your STDS, your prison sob stories, your tales of dating worthless men, your attempts to trick weak men because superior guys are too smart for your tricks.
We have enough problems with Covid-19.
Las Vegas Graigslist Gold Diggers
Beware of Las Vegas Craigslist Gold-Diggers, skanks, and disreputable females seeking rooms, roommates, or houses to rent.
One of the common Las Vegas Craigslist scams is for out-of-state females to contact local Las Vegas Landlords and pretend to be interested in Las Vegas rooms, but who are really looking for a victim.
Always be distrustful of out-of-state females asking for your address, photo, or what type of job you have.
If a female or male calls you from out-of-state always ask for at least 3 professional references, and a verifiable email address.
Demand a non-refundable security deposit up-front.

New York Renters: Most Rude, Unprofessional, Uncivilized Nov 2024 ?
In a poll of over 500 Las Vegas Roomshare users, New York residents were deemed the most Most Rude, Unprofessional, Uncivilized. Brooklyn, New York, particularly Black men and women from this area, have been a major source of concern.
A professional colleague of mine informed me that he had rented a room to a person from Brooklyn, New York in 2020. He was a black male named Christopher R. He worked in the recent elections in 2020.
He lied about his rental application; he lied about his smoking habit; he was lazy and quit his job after working only 2 months; he was associated with the New York Police Union as a Bailiff, and he lied about all essential details of his rental application.
He demanded his way, but was denied each time he tried to get his way. He wanted use of the mailbox. He was denied. He was advised that he needed to complete a backgroud check. He refused.
He was provided a security code to operate a digital lock. Due to his low I.Q. level and Bronx culture, he could never figure out how to operate a basic digital lock. One night he went out drinking, could not figure out the digital locl, and he was therefore locked out. At 2:00am, he banging on the door trying to get in.
He was refused entry. Instread, the police were called to arrest him for disturbance of the peace. He was told he was being evicted right then, and right there. However, a liberal White or Hispanic police claimed that the Landlord must follow N.R.S eviction laws. He was allowed to remain.
The Brooklyn tenant was persuaded through a series of techniques and tactics that the room he was staying in would not be made comformatable for him. Passive aggression techniqeues were used to ultimately get rid of this New York slime.
In renting to African-American men, please make sure that he is college-educated from a top tier NCAAA school, and he has no evidence of a ghetto dialect. A ghetto dialect is a reliable prediction of a lack of civilized manners.
